Ho’oponopono is a beautiful Hawaiian healing system. It heals the soul. Ho’oponopono was developed by Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, who was honored as a sacred living treasure of Hawaii.

For me it is a way a healing interpersonal karma. A cleansing process that helps me deal with relationships from my past, present and future.

The Ho’oponopono cleansing process consists of repeating this simple prayer (when in the company of others I pray silent):

• I Love You
• Please forgive me
• I am sorry
• Thank you

This is the mantra I chant to my higher self anytime I have a negative thought about someone, myself or any feeling that is troubling me. I accept 100% responsibility for these feelings. I pray the Ho’oponopono prayer and give it up to God. Rinse and repeat if needed. By praying the Ho’oponopono mantra I am making right with God an error or offense that I have hung on to.

If a thought makes you feel bad, if thinking of someone makes you feel bad, it needs cleansing from your soul. The negative tapes in your head are playing over and over again and need erasing and replaced with love. By praying the Ho’oponopono you are releasing yourself from the negative energy of these thoughts. Putting your divine self at ease instead of dis-ease.

We have been conditioned, programmed, brainwashed, deceived into thinking that our reality is this body we reside in, the world that we are inhabiting, the stores we shop in, the clothes we wear, the things we possess, the wars we die in, the banks where we put our almighty dollars … and on and on.

WHAT WE REALLY ARE is divine beings, a soul, inhabiting a body (which is magnificently made), and enjoying life on an absolutely beautiful planet.

We are basically ignorant of what/who we really are. We have a lack of knowledge of our true identity. We are unconscious of the fact that in the universe everything works in balance and harmony. It has a purpose. We have purpose.

Once we become consciously aware that we are infinite love, interconnected, and a part of something that is greater than “us”, then we start to know our true “self”. We will stop living in fear. Fear of death, fear of whatever is happening in the world, fear of tomorrow … fear of fear.

Once we abandon the fear state mentality and instead, raise our conscious thought to that of purity, of knowing that we are part of an Infinite Oneness then we are no longer slaves to the discomfort and dis-ease of fear, and we shall be free to love being our true self.

Living each moment, this precious PRESENT, as your higher self, and not as a created image, brings forth joy, happiness and contentment.

More and more people are awakening each day and coming to this realization of being a living soul. Learning to live it each day, each moment. Become more aware of the matrix that has been created to enslave us and keeps us from the full realization of who and what we really are. We are beautiful souls, inhabiting bodies … our vehicles, which we should take good care of. We have been given the gift of a beautiful planet to live on and enjoy, we should take good care of her also.

As the earth is continually evolving, so is humankind. We are learning our connectedness with all things, all life and becoming aware of our full potential as divine beings. Living a life of intention, focus and purpose.

Cadmium, chromium, copper, aluminum, barium, zinc, manganese, all in levels far in excess of healthy limits or what is normally found in rainwater samples. Some also suspect the presence of genetically engineered viruses and bacteria in Chemtrail residue, thus causing the resulting epidemic of flu-like symptoms..”
