Many automobile dealerships are using a new technology that enables them to “turn your car off”. By installing a “black box” under the dashboard they can remotely disable the ignition and make the horn honk. It is being used to remind customers that their payment is overdue or disables the ignition so they can repossess the car.
Companies like Pay Technologies provide the devices to car dealerships. It also includes GPS tracking device so dealerships know where the car is at all times.
The fact that this remote immobilization system is vulnerable to hackers also brings to mind that “BIG BROTHER” could easily use this technology to track you down. Ken McEldowney, executive director of Consumer Action, a national non-profit group based in San Francisco said, “It just sounds like Big Brother run amok. There’s got to be a more respectful, less intrusive way of doing this that isn’t so demeaning. I think it’s the level of control that bothers me”
Although the system will not stop a running car (that would be dangerous), it could leave you stranded in a remote area or in a dangerous situation. It was designed to deter repo’s and, if payments are not made, make it easier for dealerships to locate, disable and repossess a car when the customer is in default.

The Constitution of the United States of America and our Bill of Rights were and are and should be the basic building blocks and steadfast rules of our society. These documents, upon which The United States was created, are being ignored, abused, refused and aborted in today’s government.
WE THE PEOPLE need to remember these documents and the individual empowerment that was granted to us as citizens to live in the land of the free and the home of the brave. WE THE PEOPLE need to remember that the power is ours, not the “politicians” or the elitists, and that they are OUR servants and not the other way around. We are not “WE THE SHEEPLE”, blindly accepting the tyranny that is being forced upon us, falling prey to the scare tactics the constantly bombard us with, or rolling over and lying helpless as all our human rights are being stolen from us.
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America!
We are Patriots, citizens of these United States, who EMPLOY the President and all the government officials to SERVE US in a manner that WE find acceptable to promote the general welfare and secure blessing of LIBERTY!

By the way, since they are OUR servants, and since they are our employees don’t you think it’s about time that we give them a benefits and salary review, performance review and decide if their employment should be terminated for “breach of contract”, inability to perform job responsibilities, or misconduct. We need a peaceful but forceful resolution … a revolution to get back to the fundamental rights and privileges upon which our Republic was founded. We need to stand up and say: “I’M MAD AS HELL, AND I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE!” We need our government to start serving as PUBLIC SERVANTS, and restore and empower THE PEOPLE, once again.
