Thanks to the Freedom of Information Act, I found this document on the CIA website. It is titled:

It’s a long document but I found it quite interesting. There was repeated references to:
“Globalization” used repeatedly
“Global Elites Thrive”
“DNA manipulation”
“Cloning”
“GMO crops”
“Declining Population Growth” !!!!!!!! (FROM WHAT?)
“Lowered Birthrates” Used repeatedly (AGAIN, FROM WHAT? Is the world population becoming infertile?)
